Snow in New Orleans? That's right, but only on Fulton Street! Periodic ‘snowfalls’, dazzling lights and decorations will transform the street into a winter wonderland! One of the city’s newest holiday traditions, “Miracle on Fulton Street” brings the magic of the season alive in true New Orleans fashion. Visit with Santa and his reindeer, sip hot chocolate or spiced apple cider, and sample the traditional holiday menus offered by our Fulton Street restaurant partners. You’ll leave feeling jolly and filled with good cheer!
MIRACLE ON FULTON ATTRACTIONS:
A Canopy of Lights ~ A series of 14-foot, custom-built, faux wrought iron arches, 8-foot Christmas trees and 3-foot fleur de lis ornaments will create a dramatic canopy illuminated by thousands of LED lights. A computerized system will enable lighting technicians to create varied color schemes against the backdrop of pearl-white arches, ornaments and tinsel.
Periodic Snowfalls ~ Faux snow will fall daily to create the feeling of a winter white Christmas in New Orleans.
Live Entertainment ~ Weekends will be enlivened by the best local bands on Fulton Street (all performances are 8p-10p unless otherwise stated)

A Holiday Feast ~ Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Grand Isle Seafood Restaurant and Ernst Café – all Fulton Street venues – will serve up special holiday inspired menu items.
Believe ~ Write a letter to Santa and help make a wish come true. Drop your letter to Santa in Macy's Believe mailbox on Fulton Street. For every letter received, Macy's will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation up to $1,000,000.
Santa's Retail Shop ~ Visit Santa’s Retail Shop and take home official Miracle on Fulton Street merchandise, including commemorative ornaments, bells, coffee mugs and much more. Specialty holiday drinks including Cajun egg nog, hot cocoa and hot toddies will also be on sale.
Santa Photos and Santa Retail Shop hours:
Due to the large demand of photos with Santa, we are extending our hours of operation for photos with Santa and the holiday board walk vendors for December 22 and December 23 to 4pm - 10pm. Santa will be on site until 10pm and the reindeer until 9pm. Santa and the holiday vendors will not be open on Christmas Eve, Dec 24 as of course, Santa and his reindeer will be working that night making many deliveries.
