2011 GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Qualifying times:
   Pace: 2:07
   Trot: 2:09

Qualifiers will be on Friday nights. Declare qualifiers by 9:00am Thursday for Friday.

2. Track Hours:
   
   6:00 am - 12:00 noon Tuesday thru Sunday.
   Closed ALL DAY Monday.

3. Draw Schedule:
   
   Wednesday for Friday
   Thursday for Saturday
   Friday for Sunday
   
   Box closes at 9:00am

4. Post Times:
   
   2:00 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
   

5. Any and all classes may be combined if needed.
6. The Racing Secretary may put horses in proper class when incorrectly entered.
7. All horses must have an up-to-date Negative Coggins, and current health papers.
8. Pari-mutuel race defined: A race held at a meet with no agricultural fair in progress and with an annual total of more than 15 days of pari-mutuel wagering.
9. NO CAMPERS ON TRACK.
10. If any special or unforeseen events occur that are not covered in these conditions, the decision of Bluegrass Downs, Inc. will be final.

Wednesday - Saturday:
11am to 10pm

Sunday: 11am to 7pm

Open on these holidays:
Memorial Day; July 4; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; New Year's Day.

Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
