Restaurants: Please be advised that restaurants which require a credit card for confirmation asks that you cancel before 3pm on the day of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
Transportations: Please be advised that you will be charged for the number of hours booked, if a minimum number of hours is applied you will be charged for those hours whether or not they were used. Cancellation policy requires that guests cancel reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to pick up time.
Tours: Pink Jeep Tour Policy: No refunds given for less than 24 hour notice. Vehicle selection is determined by Pink Jeep Tours. Comfortable walking shoes suggested. Caesars Palace is not responsible for the cancellation of any tours, failure to depart or arrive at times stated, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Scenic Airlines Tour Policy: An additional $10 fuel surcharge will be collected at check in for Helicopter tours. Caesars Palace is not responsible for the cancellation of any tours, failure to depart or arrive at times stated, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Tours cancelled less than 24 hours (48 hours on overnight tours) are 100% non refundable. Maverick Helicopter Tour Policy: Failure to notify Maverick Helicopters of cancellation 24 hours in advance of tour time will result in customer being charged in full. To avoid these charges customer must call Caesars Concierge to cancel the tour reservation. Caesars Palace is not responsible for the cancellation of any tours, failure to depart or arrive at times stated, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Adventure Photo Tour Policy: Caesars Palace is not responsible for the cancellation of any tours, failure to depart or arrive at times stated, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Casino Travel & Tours Policy: THIS SALE IS FINAL. Confirmed tours are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be charged for any reason. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Casino Travel & Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles. All tours are ADA compliant with 72-hour advanced notice. Caesars Palace is not responsible for the cancellation of any tours, failure to depart or arrive at times stated, or lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Shows: Please be advised that all sales are final. The tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Your credit card has been charged.
