Gift Cards are available for sale at the Hotel Front Desk, Gift Shop and by mail in any denomination from $10 to $500 (CAD).
Gift Cards are redeemable at our hotel, restaurants, bars, and the gift shop.
To receive your Gift Card via mail, please call the Hotel Front Desk at (519) 258-7878 or 1-800-991-7777 ext. 22313.
Mailed Gift Cards are received activated. Activated Cards require an additional $10 (CAD) charge at purchase to cover the costs of registered mail.
Gift Cards have no value until activated. Must be 19 years of age or older to redeem. Casino Windsor Gift Cards are the property of Casino Windsor. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced. Employees, Officers, Directors of Windsor Casino Limited and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation are prohibited from accepting and redeeming Gift Cards.
