Love is in the air at Casino Windsor!

Windsor, Ont. February 8, 2006 – Casino Windsor will be an oasis for lovebirds this Valentine’s Day weekend from February 11 to 14 with all the ingredients needed to create a recipe for love. Space is limited and reservations are recommended for the hotel and restaurants: 1-800-991-8888.
Riverside Grille, Casino Windsor’s signature restaurant, is featuring two Valentine’s Day specials. On Saturday, February 11, customers can enjoy two house specialties: a Moroccan Spice Lamb Appetizer for $18.95 and for a main course Arctic Char served with Green Lentils and Parmesan Foam for $29.95. On Tuesday, February 14, there’s a special Valentine’s Tasting Menu, for $85 per person. It includes a variety of delectable morsels including Ahi Tuna, Duck, Sorbet, Vahlorona Chocolate plus 20 more tasty delights. Open 6 p.m. to midnight, Friday through Tuesday and closed Wednesday and Thursday.
Caché offers a romantic setting to enjoy an intimate meal in this ultra fine-dining setting. A special Sharing Menu for Two is available on February 11 and 12. For $75 per person, this sharing menu includes a sumptuous four-course meal featuring Dungeness Crab, Spiced Veal, Strawberry Sorbet Shortcakes and more. Open 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Limited public seating is available Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
Terrace Café’s Valentine’s Day Surf n’ Turf, available on February 14 from 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., includes Lobster Tail and Filet Mignon plus a choice of rice or potato for only $49.95 per person. A Chocolate Sampler Plate for Two will be offered for only $9.95. Open 24 hours, seven days a week.
