Scheduled groups visiting Caesars Windsor can take advantage of our specially designed Motorcoach Lounge equipped with vending machines, washrooms, public telephones and LCD screens listing arrivals and departures. Upon arrival, you and your groups are welcomed by our friendly Greeters, who will provide information and answer any questions your passengers may have. Complimentary motorcoach parking is provided at our off-site location with a free return shuttle service to and from the parking lot.
Overnight Trips
Caesars Windsor offers more than great gaming. Overnight groups can experience our four-diamond accommodations equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a first class hotel, fabulous dining choices, and exciting entertainment.
Program Criteria
- A minimum of 10 rooms per night is required to qualify for the group rate.
- Payment and rooming lists are due 21 days prior to your arrival date.
- Your group must arrive at Caesars Windsor by motorcoach and must meet all the requirements of the Motorcoach Program for Canadian and American Tours.
- Guests must be 19 years of age or older.
- All patrons appearing to be under the age of 30 may be required to produce two pieces of valid government issued photo I.D. upon request.

Motorcoach Packages
Caesars Windsor offers programs for your guests based on the length of time that your group visits with us. A minimum of four hours are required to receive complimentary incentives for each guest, escort and driver.
