Meetings for 10 to 700 people are our specialty. Unlike most Las Vegas convention hotels where small to medium sized groups are lost in the masses of annual conventions and tradeshows, Flamingo Las Vegas specializes in servicing more intimate groups that require extra attention to detail. If you need to have a gala dinner or a memorable themed reception, you have choices.     Sunset Ballroom Our largest ballroom can accommodate up to 2,400 attendees, giving them a spectacular, panoramic view of the glittering Las Vegas Strip. The 20-foot-high ceilings give the 20,882-square-foot space an expansive, open atmosphere. The Ballroom breaks into three meeting rooms or can be used as one large room. It is ideal for general sessions, meal functions and tradeshows. A securable registration booth is available for your use. It is a great breakout room for larger meetings or perfect for a small meeting that wants a separate room for meals. Download Floor Plan     Laughlin Room The Laughlin Room is 5,559 square feet and can be broken into three rooms with the largest seating 100 people classroom style. Use the Laughlin room when you have a small meeting that needs breakouts, or as a breakout room for large meetings. Download Floor Plan     El Dorado Ballroom This room is our second largest ballroom space. With 7,552 square feet of space you can set in many different styles. The possibilities are endless in the El Dorado Ballroom. This elegantly decorated room provides flexible seating arrangements and an in-house sound system as well as many lighting options. Download Floor Plan     Mesquite Room This room is conveniently located among the many large ballrooms on the third floor allowing general sessions and breakouts to happen within feet of each other. Great for smaller breakout sessions, this elegantly decorated room provides flexible seating arrangements and an in-house sound system as well as many lighting options. Download Floor Plan     Savoy Room This room is our third largest ballroom space. With 5,376 square feet of space you can set in many different styles to suit your needs. The possibilities are endless in the Savoy Ballroom. Download Floor Plan     Red Rock Room Our Executive Conference Center is conveniently located on our lower level, with access from our main lobby floor, minutes away from the third floor convention area. The Center features 14 rooms including two well appointed boardrooms, a built-in registration desk and has convenient access via ground level ramps for easy load in and load out. The Red Rock rooms, which make up the bulk of our Executive Conference Center are designed with removable air walls and may be expanded to over 15,000 square feet of event space which can accommodate banquet events up to 500 guests or can be sized to something as small as a classroom setting for 15-20.     Lake Mead Rooms and Valley of Fire Rooms Located in our Executive Conference Center, these two rooms can be opened up to 896 square feet or broken down into two smaller breakout rooms.     Bryce Board Room and Zion Board Room Located in our Executive Conference Center, these formal board rooms can accommodate up to 14 people around the board room table and twenty people around the perimeter of the room. The permanent wood tables have data port connections that run down the center. These rooms are often used as conference offices, and for executive board meetings or Internet Cafes.     Conference Suites Six Conference Suites are available on the 4th floor of Tower 3 and are available for formal board meetings. These rooms are pre-set with elegant boardroom tables that have data port connections running down the center and are set for 14 people. These rooms have private, restrooms, a catering service area, and are securable. These rooms are sometimes used as offices away from the conference space so that meeting facilitators can work and not be interrupted by meeting attendees.     Meeting Space Diagram Down load and print     Alternate Meeting Space     Garden View Terrace Our luxurious outdoor meeting area offers 2,726 square feet of space and is accessible from the main conference room area on the third floor. The Garden View Terrace can be configured in any way that you wish to accommodate your guests. Perfect for a cocktail reception, this outdoor setting looks onto fifteen stunning tropical acres. Download Floor Plan     Flamingo Show Room The Flamingo Showroom offers tiered seating for 750 people. The set-up offers table and chair/booth configurations. It is a popular location for daytime meals away from the meeting space. The Showroom may also be used for full production events when the house show is dark.     Second City Theater The Second City Theater accommodates 150 people in a cocktail reception style. This theater may be used when the house show is dark or for daytime functions.     Tropical Pools & Habitat Imagine holding an authentic luau or Caribbean extravaganza in Las Vegas. In Flamingos 15-acre tropical retreat, adorned with waterfalls, brightly colored flowers, countless shade-producing palms, four pools and a variety of wildlife including penguins and Pink Flamingos, all outdoor events are incredible.     Flamingo Pool The smaller of the two pools the Flamingo Pool offers an outside getaway to our conference guests who want a taste of the tropical. This pool can accommodate between 50 to 200 people for a reception and can be used in conjunction with the Beach Club to offer a festive alternative to the banquet faculties.     Lagoon Pool Beautiful pool facilities are what the Flamingo is famous for and the Lagoon pool is the highlight of that area. The largest of the pools, the Lagoon Pool has the feel of an Island Vacation from the cascading waterfall, the caves and clear blue water the space is perfect for the group that wants to get away from it all. This is an area that can accommodate multiple groups and functions from 200 to 500 people and will make any meeting memorable.
