In order to race at Harrah's Chester, trainers must submit the following forms prior to entering:

• Online Racing Application (Note: a separate “Changes to Initial Application” must be utilized to either add or delete horses from the original racing application. This is mandatory)
• For only horses listed on Racing Application – 2008 dated Negative Coggins Test, Rabies and EHV Vaccination, along with a current (dated within 30 days of first race entry at Harrah’s Chester) Health Certificate must be submitted to the Race Office. Horses that have been racing in 2008 and have already had 2008 negative Coggins Test, Rabies and EHV Vaccination paperwork submitted to another track and shows that it has been submitted on the USTA eTrack produced eligibility reports need not submit that paperwork.
• Claiming Authorization Forms for all horses that will be entered in claiming events must be signed by all the owners of each horse. (Preference will given to horses entered in claiming events that have the proper paperwork on file in the Racing Office)  
• Signed Purse Authorization & W-9 Forms for trainers and owners. (Note: new W-9 forms will be required each year)
