A wide selection of audio visual equipment and services are available on a rental basis through the catering office. See the table below for pricing.

Phone lines are available at a $35 per line usage fee. If long distance charges apply, billing of such may follow. High speed internet access is available for $150 per line (limited availability).

A limited amount of risers/staging are available. Larger staging can be made available on a rental basis.

Trade or vendor shows require an official show decorator. Our Sales Department can refer local companies.

Rental is charged at full rate for each day.
All rentals are subject to 19% service charge and sales tax.

Spare lamps are provided for projectors and burned out lamps must be returned or additional charge will be assessed for replacement.

Customer is responsible for loss or damage to equipment.

Audio Visual charges will appear on you final invoice from Harrah's and are paid according to Harrah's payment terms.
