Tickets
Tickets can be purchased from the box office located in the non smoking casino. Tickets may be purchased in advanced and picked up during normal business hours. Tickets can also be purchased using the automated ticketing kiosks located throughout the casino floor.
Cancellation Policy
All Rio Vista Outdoor Amphitheater ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Refund Policy If a concert is cancelled, credit card refunds will be posted within 5 - 7 business days. Cash refunds must be done in person at the box office within 2 business days. Guests who received complimentary tickets will NOT receive a refund.
