Specialty Chef, Daniel Garcia, is constantly seeking new ways to bring his dishes closer to perfection. As the head chef for Fiore, he juggles both cooking and managing the kitchen. Chef Garcia adds his own flair to the Fiore menu by using more local, fresh ingredients, taking advantage of market items and tailoring the menu to be more seasonal oriented. He would describe his favorite part of the job is the guest's satisfaction and seeing the growth and development of his employees.
Chef Garcia grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and started cooking in the early '90s at some of the fine dining restaurants in the area. He quickly rose through the ranks and by the time he was 21 years old, he became at full-fledged chef. He enjoys cooking American fusion and mixing it with elements varying from Italian to Asian cuisine. However, he admitted that if he was trapped on a desert island, he said the one dish he could eat over and over again is a plate of sashimi sushi.
