When to Book
Since our availability is based on a first come first serve basis, you should book your chapel time and date as soon as you feel comfortable making your decision.
Marriage Licenses
The following items are necessary to obtain a marriage license in Clark County: No blood test No waiting period Marriage license fee: $55.00 CASH only Both parties must be present at the Marriage License Bureau to obtain a marriage license Adults 18 and older do not need consent, but proof of age required Persons 16 - 17 years old must have parent or guardian present at the time license is issued or a notarized affidavit is required. Persons under age 16 must have parent or guardian consent and authorization from the Nevada District Court. One witness other than individual performing the ceremony is required. The Rio Wedding Chapel will provide a witness if needed. If previously divorced, the divorce must be final in the state where granted. You must know the date, city and state where the divorce was granted.
