Your relationship with Las Vegas Meetings by Harrah's Entertainment begins with our sales team. Our professional and experienced Sales Managers will help you select the best venues for every part of your conference. If you'd like, you may come to Las Vegas to make an initial site visit to learn more about your options.
The moment you confirm your group at Flamingo Las Vegas, a dedicated Catering/Conference Services Manager (CSM) will be assigned as your personal guide. He or she will be your point person from start to finish, and will become your best friend in the planning of your program. Your CSM will assist with everything from meeting room set-up and menu selection to rooming lists, A/V needs and VIP amenities.
Your CSM can also help to coordinate group tickets for our shows and reservations for our restaurants. They can help you find Key Note Speakers or help you find other avenues to enliven your event. They will do whatever it takes to ensure that your meeting is a success.
Plan on joining us for a pre-convention meeting. At this time, you will have the opportunity to review all of the details of your upcoming event and to meet all of the key players in your conference.
