With one call or email, you have access to Bally's Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah's Las Vegas, Imperial Palace, Paris Las Vegas and Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. That's over one million square feet of meeting space, over 20,000 guest rooms and suites, and a dynamic array of dining, entertainment, and leisure options, right at your fingertips.

We have structured our business so that you can utilize any combination of facilities and amenities across all seven properties but still enjoy the ease of one contact, one contract and one food and beverage minimum. The idea is to offer you a wealth of options, simultaneously simplifying your life and providing better service. Your attendees can experience more of what Las Vegas has to offer and you can leverage your spending with one organization. In addition, we have consolidated the chain of command, allowing sales, catering, convention services and banquet operations to report to one person.
