Our pre-employment assessments require you to think logically and analytically, while providing us with more information about your experiences, work preferences, and other job-related skills and abilities. Our assessments not only allow us to make objective hiring decisions, but they’ve also been statistically validated to predict on-the-job performance. Depending on the position you are seeking, you may take one or more of these assessments that evaluate your:
- Ability to Perform Mathematical Calculations
- Ability to Reason Abstractly
- Ability to Think Critically
- Recall Events Accurately
- Use Grammar Correctly
- Job Related Personal Characteristics
We administer our assessments in controlled environments that are amenable to your doing well. The most common form of assessment is computer based; however, writing exercises, videos, and written assessments may also be administered. You will be provided detailed instructions on how to take the assessments and given the appropriate tools (paper, pencil, answer sheets, etc.) to complete the assessments as needed.
Some tips to remember:
- Bring reading glasses or other aids you may need to take the assessment.
- Give us advance notice of any special accommodation you may need to complete the assessment.
- Listen carefully to instructions given by the recruiting team member. Be sure you understand the sample practice items.
- If you’re unsure of the instructions or time required to take the assessment, ask the recruiting team member to clarify.
- Read each question carefully before making an answer
- Come prepared to do well!
