Corporate Finance/Planning & Analysis oversees all strategic planning, capital allocation and earnings forecasting activities for the corporation. After consultation with property-level and management teams, the group develops the consolidated operating and capital plan for the company. These plans are consolidated and contextualized for periodic presentation to the Capital Committee and the Board of Directors. Projects can range from the development of a new restaurant concept to consideration of a $2 billion acquisition.
The role of Corporate Finance/Planning & Analysis at Harrah’s is to: - Assemble real-time operating metrics to the Chief Operating Officer and produce an estimate of earnings for the current reporting period on a weekly basis
- Provide thorough financial leadership and analytical support to each Division and the Development group as each considers potential capital investments and business partnerships on a continual basis
Positions within the Corporate Finance/Planning & Analysis area include but are not limited to Database, Financial or Operation Management System Analyst, Risk Administration Manager, and Director. There are also a variety of finance roles available at one of our nearly 40 properties across the globe such as Credit Executive, Revenue Auditor or Controller.
