At Harrah’s Entertainment, your education doesn’t end just because you have graduated!  We are consistently committed to providing the tools and support necessary to make our employees successful.  As a Harrah’s employee, you will have access to on-the-job-training, skills workshops, and formal systems training.  Below are just a few of the classes you can take advantage of through our training department.

Excellence in Supervision – This is a required course for all new supervisors. It assists them in applying concepts, skills, and knowledge through the use of real world examples, simulations, and case studies.

FOCUS Service Training –During this training session new team members learn how to meet and exceed customer expectations. They learn what our customers want, Harrah’s approach to providing customer service, and how we know we are doing it right.

Manager Excellence – This class helps new managers make the transition to their new roles and develop the skills necessary to be successful.
