We believe that the best hiring decisions are better when employees are well informed about their potential job. During our selection process, you may be asked to participate in something we call a Realistic Job Preview.  This is a great way for you to see what it is really like to do the job and allow you to make a decision regarding whether the career you are considering is right for you!

You will gain an understanding of what a typical day in the position will be like by shadowing one of our actual employees for 15-30 minutes. We feel like by sharing this information, we create realistic expectations with regard to our environment and job-specific duties.  You will also be given the opportunity to ask as many questions as you’d like so you get a real understanding of what the job entails.
