Health and Wellness Centers
Harrah's has recently partnered with Whole Health Management to open on-site clinics in five of our markets: Atlantic City, NJ, Lake Tahoe, NV, New Orleans, LA and Tunica, MS, and Las Vegas, NV. Staffed with a medical doctor, nurse practitioner and registered nurses, each of the centers offer high-quality primary care services, including treatment of infections and minor injuries, immunizations, allergy and flu shots, blood work and more. We make them affordable by charging a discounted co-pay, as well as offering discounts on any prescription received as part of a visit to the center. The staff can work with the primary care physician of our employees, or be serve as primary care providers. They also specialize in identifying in-network doctors and assisting with any specialized medical referrals that are needed. Last, but not least, health information stays confidential in accordance with federal law. Except as required by law, records are not available to anyone outside the Health and Wellness Center without written consent.
Healthy Pregnancy Program Most People don't realize the serious threat of premature births, which have the potential to lead to lifelong health problems. We at Harrah's are taking a proactive approach by addressing the issue through resources such as a 24-7 dedicated Nurseline, staffed with RNs specializing in high-risk case management and overall pregnancy education, as well as many other resources that provide our pregnant families with knowledge, peace of mind, and increased levels of maternity care, which lead to our goal of healthier babies and mothers.
