Consider the Harrah´s career of Tom Jenkin, who joined the company as a Fry Cook at Harrah´s Las Vegas in 1975. After being promoted into a variety of different roles at several different properties, he is now the President of our Western Division.
The career of Marilyn Winn also serves as an example of what can be achieved at Harrah´s Entertainment. She began her career in 1988 as a Training Manager at Harrah´s Las Vegas and soon started moving up through a wide range of operations and human resources positions, including the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for all of Harrah´s Entertainment. She is currently back in operations, working as the Regional President of Bally's, Rio & Paris.
