Harrah’s offers more than 40,000 hotel rooms, 350 restaurants, and 125 bars across the country. This is a large part of our business. College Assistant Manager Program (CAMP)
CAMP is a high-profile program within Harrah’s that seeks to attract and develop high potential candidates in order to fulfill leadership positions within Hotel and Food & Beverage Operations. CAMP participants learn from operating experts, develop the necessary skills, and build relationships to advance to property leadership roles. The program consists of:

• Training to prepare for an Assistant Manager position in Hotel or Food & Beverage
• Exposure to our operations through rotations, shadowing, and structured training
• Assigned mentor(s) to assist in preparing for leadership roles
• Utilization of undergraduate studies and previous work history to offer immediate value
