The focus of this department is to design and execute the programs and tools responsible for driving incremental room & gaming revenue and profits. Within this area we look for people with strong analytics and an interest in analyzing large amounts of data. Below are a couple of key areas that are great starting points for college graduates.
Revenue Management Analyst This position is responsible for working with Property Revenue Managers to identify/discuss room pricing strategies, room forecasting, and room availability actions in the past & identify recent room trends and assure that future forecasts, pricing and availability decisions are optimal.
Marketing Analyst Analyst opportunities exist at both a corporate and property level. This position is responsible for analyzing our marketing efforts. This position develops pre-campaign revenue and profitability analysis, ensures appropriate customer reinvestment levels, develops post-campaign analysis, and reviews performance and overall profitability. This role must make recommendations for future marketing campaigns.
